Justeen Kirk is the Founder and CEO of ISO Matters, a boutique consultancy dedicated to helping small businesses create tailored systems that deliver clarity, confidence, and control. From process identification to ISO certification, Justeen works with businesses to streamline operations, empower teams, and position them for sustainable growth​.

Since relocating to Wagga Wagga in May 2017, Justeen has become an active member of the local community. She is the Chair of the Board of Management for Sister’s Housing Enterprises and a board member of the Committee for Wagga.

Justeen holds a Diploma in Project Management, a Cert IV in Government (Contracting and Procurement), and is a Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM) with the Australian Institute of Project Management.

Before founding ISO Matters, Justeen honed her leadership and project management expertise as the Business Group Leader at GHD, where she led the Regional Project Delivery group for ACT & Southern NSW. Her track record includes managing high-profile infrastructure projects at Parliament House in Canberra, demonstrating her ability to deliver complex initiatives with precision.

In 2024, Justeen was recognised as a Regional Finalist in the Riverina Murray region for Business NSW's Outstanding Business Leader (20 employees or less) award—an accolade celebrating her impactful leadership and business excellence.

Justeen is passionate about giving back to the community and continuously seeks opportunities to support small businesses and mentor future leaders. She embodies the spirit of service and professional excellence, always striving to help others achieve their goals.
