Winter Evening | On The Couch with Nova Health

Join us on the couch for our most honest conversation yet!

We’re ditching the small talk and diving deep into what it really means to juggle career ambitions with the physical and mental realities of being a woman.

Picture this: three incredible women experts, comfy couches, and the kind of conversation you wish you could have more often. We're talking hormones, motherhood pressures, that invisible mental load we all carry, and how to thrive in business through every stage of womanhood.

Our panel of powerhouse professionals – Dr Trudi Beck (Women's Health GP), Rachel Harmer (Psychologist), and Jenna Moody (Pelvic Health Physiotherapist) – are ready to share the insights you've been craving.

This isn't your typical networking event. It's a safe space for the conversations that matter most – the ones that help us understand we're not alone in this beautiful, challenging journey.

Dealing with cyber crime is now considered part of daily operations for most business owners. Attacks on Australian businesses were up by 60% in 2023, and 1 in 5 businesses have endured an attack in the past 12 months.

The Australian government is taking the issue seriously, with new laws that have responsibilities for business (small and large) and Company Directors now in place.

Learn from top experts, discover the latest security trends, and network with peers. Protect your business and most importantly your reputation.
